Amador County Sheriff's Department - Coroners Report and results of investigation into the death of Philip B. Haney
DHS whistleblower Philip Haney was found dead on 21-2-20 after a CalTrans worker reported his body lying beside his car. The Amador County Sheriff's Department initially determined suicide as cause of death (as referenced in the attached coroners report). After pushback from Phil's friends and family they walked that statement back. This report released after a 2 year wait reiterates the original findings, supported now by FBI forensics.
