Justice Aharon Barak, the former President of the Supreme Court of Israel has been appointed to the International Court of Justice in the Hague concerning the trial South Africa v Israel.
South Africa has accused Israel of Genocide at the UN Court. In a supreme irony Justice Aharon Barak is himself a holocaust survivor who escaped a Nazi roundup by being hidden in a sack!
